KUWAIT, Dec 29 (KUNA) -- Minister of Interior Lt. General Sheikh Jaber Al-Khaled Al-Sabah  received at his office on Tuesday Cuban Ambassador to Kuwait Manuel Pardiñas Ajeno, on the occasion of the latter taking up his duties as ambassador to his country.
